Media Maturity in Education: The HERMMES learning journey

The online train­ing on Media Matu­ri­ty in Edu­ca­tion: The HERMMES learn­ing jour­ney is meant for teach­ers, par­ents, school lead­ers, ped­a­gog­i­cal advi­sors and all who are won­der­ing how to find the bal­ance between the use of dig­i­tal tools for learn­ing and pro­tect­ing chil­dren and young peo­ple from dig­i­tal risks.

An age-appro­pri­ate approach to dig­i­tal media edu­ca­tion for learn­ers from 0 to 18 years will be addressed in the train­ing and insights will be giv­en into the HERMMES (Holis­tic Edu­ca­tion, Resilience and Media Matu­ri­ty in Edu­ca­tion­al Set­tings) approach to dig­i­tal media education.

The learn­ing jour­ney con­sists of self-paced lessons and 8 online meet­ings in real-time, start­ing on 4 Novem­ber 2025 and end­ing on 15 June 2026.

Cer­tifi­cates will be avail­able for all who fin­ish the training.
