Responsibilities

As the Com­mu­ni­ty Devel­op­ment Coor­di­na­tor, Sietske has inter­est in con­nect­ing peo­ple, work­ing togeth­er as a form of art, and in hor­i­zon­tal lead­er­ship. Togeth­er with the Sec­re­tary, she is respon­si­ble for organ­is­ing and facil­i­tat­ing Coun­cil meet­ings for our mem­bers. She is rich with ideas for achiev­ing dynam­ic work­ing atmos­phere both in the Board and team, as well as with the mem­bers and partners.
