Responsibilities

As the Trea­sur­er, Pedro is ded­i­cat­ed to design­ing and devel­op­ing long-term finan­cial strat­e­gy for the organ­i­sa­tion and shares the respon­si­bil­i­ty of the finances with the Man­ag­ing Direc­tor. In his per­son­al capac­i­ty, Pedro’s strong suits in the Board are that he is solu­tion dri­ven, pos­es the right ques­tions, pro­vides clean analy­sis, brings in new ideas and ways of coop­er­at­ing that hold the poten­tial to expand ECSWE’s vision and planning.
