Responsibilities

As the Pres­i­dent, Mar­gare­ta con­nects and brings ECSWE togeth­er. With the Man­ag­ing Direc­tor, she devel­ops and holds the vision of the organ­i­sa­tion, she keeps the “qual­i­ty-bar” high for all ECSWE activ­i­ties and makes sure that the needs of our mem­bers and part­ners are tak­en into account. She leads the Board, chairs meet­ings and has the last word in deci­sion-mak­ing. She rep­re­sents ECSWE and holds the legal respon­si­bil­i­ty for it. Final­ly, she over­sees and advis­es the work of Man­ag­ing Direc­tor and enables his man­age­ment of the Team.
