Georg Jürgens

Responsibilities

As the Man­ag­ing Direc­tor, Georg is respon­si­ble for “break­ing-down” ECSWE’s vision and mis­sion into man­age­able steps. He thinks long-term and keeps the big pic­ture in mind while devel­op­ing the pro­fes­sion­al­ism of the organ­i­sa­tion and find­ing prac­ti­cal solu­tions to imple­ment­ing the vision, mis­sion and strat­e­gy. He coor­di­nates the team, pro­vides strate­gic advice to the Board, pre­pares the Annu­al Gen­er­al Meet­ings with the Board, devel­ops ECSWE’s advo­ca­cy work in Brus­sels and main­tains close con­tact with ECSWE’s mem­bers and partners.
