Pia Pale

Responsibilities

As the Sec­re­tary, Pia’s pas­sion lays in cre­at­ing a live­ly net­work and ade­quate space for effec­tive com­mu­ni­ca­tion with and between the ECSWE mem­bers. This is why she is active­ly involved in ECSWE’s work­ing groups, in devel­op­ing ideas for new projects with mem­bers and in plan­ning of Coun­cil meet­ings. Her most valu­able con­tri­bu­tion to the Board is that she keeps the process­es per­spec­tive in mind and has a struc­tured approach to solv­ing a prob­lem, which makes her inputs action- and future-oriented.
