HERMMES Conference on Media and Well-being
During its 3‑year implementation period, HERMMES project partnership will organise three conferences, of which the first is focusing on Media and Well-being. The conference will offer space for learning and exchange between education professionals and parents, on the topics of age-appropriate media education, digital media literacy and media maturity.
HERMMES stands for Holistic Education, Resilience and Media Maturity in Educational Settings and is a project that gathers 15 Europe wide partners. The partnership has committed to deliver a framework curriculum and school policy guidelines on media education for children and youth from birth to 18, both directed towards the education professionals and parents. These materials will be supported by training for both target groups and available on the project website. The project is supported and co-funded through the Erasmus+ programme.
The venue for this conference is Scuola Novalis near Conegliano, Italy.
